good stay but some missed opportunities

The hotel offered a seemingly clean environment, which was reassuring during my three-night stay. The staff was consistently nice and attentive, making our experience more pleasant overall.

However, there were some missed opportunities for improvement.

We checked out the Urban Air Adventure Park and went to Studio Movie Grill. The rooms were clean, and we loved the tasty breakfast. It’s a great spot if you're looking for fun activities nearby.

We did hear a lot of noise from the floor above us, which was a bit distracting during the night.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast featured delicious options. However, I did hear noise from the floor above me, which disrupted my sleep at times. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a nice stay with good breakfast choices, and the room was super clean. The pool was great for a quick dip after a long day, and the relaxing jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind. One little downside was the bathroom tile could use some attention, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 👍

Couple looking for a decent getaway

The staff was friendly & accommodating. I had a situation where my grandson’s socks got filthy walking on the floor. The front desk helped out a lot, even when we had a loud neighbor complaining about politics at 3 am.

It wasn't exactly low-priced, but still acceptable.

The room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy, which made it perfect for my family. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, and the breakfast had a great variety of options, including delicious pancakes and fresh fruit.

I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good, and the facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and quick to help. I appreciated being able to inspect the room before checking in, which provided peace of mind. As a careful traveler, I appreciate when details are looked after.

decent room, but it wasn't without its quirks. The bathroom had mildew. a visible roach didn't help. The fridge needed resetting and wasn't operational for two days—turns out it was a simple matter, but how were we to know? Bathroom tiles were lifting, adding to the overall impression of neglect. Additionally, water noise from the plumbing was unusually loud, which was distracting, especially for light sleepers like myself. Overall, the ambiance was damp, which wasn't exactly comforting and put a damper on our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay! I’m coming back for a city trip.
